DIVINE ANTIQUE FRENCH CRUCIFIX
Approximately 100 years oldBeautifully detailed brass figure and mounts on a central crucifix made of wood which has been set in brass
Lots of detail and a skull & crossbones at the bottom, that signifies good over evil
Has obviously been a cherished crucifix with a rich warm patina and signs of wear commensurate with age Complete with the original bale
These were often used by Nuns or Monks suspended from the waist
Measures 12cm (4 3/4") ...tall
