Condition - Instructions and 12/14 pattern pieces are included. The 2 that are missing are sleeve c and its’ facing. It’s not one of the options shown in the illustrations. It’s the straight long sleeve. The envelope has shelf wear and small tears. A few of the Pattern pieces have small tears in them.
