Original Description:
Here's a used Oscilloscope made Tektronix in Portland, OR, probably in the 1970's.  Model is TYPE 453 and it's marked that it was originally owned by IBM.  It does power on and a signal does appear on the screen but I have no knowledge of how to test it beyond that.  It's been in storage for many years and I was told it was a working unit when it was put away.
