OTAGIRI (OMC) ~ Vintage Hand Crafted/Painted Tan "TURTLE & HATCHLING" COOKIE JAR ~ JapanDescription of item...Here we have a very cute hand crafted and hand painted light tan porcelain "TURTLE & HATCHLING" COOKIE JAR made by O M C (Otagiri Mercantile Company) of Japan. It measures approx. 8 3/4" high x 9 1/2" base long x 6 3/4" base wide. It is in very good maintained (lightly used) condition with the slight exception of a minor nick on the lids rear edge (can be seen on photos... # ) which is not obviously noticeable nor offensive. It has not been cleaned since acquired, quick clean and ready to use. The bottom has its original foil sticker, "O•M•C ~ JAPAN." Came from a well cared for private home collection of many years, circa 1960-1994. This item weighs approx. 3 lbs., add 2 3/4 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased.Payment and shipping...NOTE: I will be revising, adding and/or changing my SHIPPING INFORMATION as eBay and the Post Office revise or change their information to better serve you.
