Rare brand new ceramic Chirp birdhouse by Magenta designed by Rae Dunn for FTD.  It is my understanding that these were the first birdhouses of this type by Rae Dunn and they were never offered in the general marketplace.  The date on the inside of one of the boxes is 12/2007. I have been told that there were only 300 of each type made for FTD.  This item is new in the box.
