Antique silk Japanese kimono Jacket / Haoiri Workers RARE Handmade.
Purchased in an antique store in Brooklyn, NY.
This is pure silk, fully lined and handmade as the stitching shows. It is beautifully soft and drapes flatteringly. Could be worn as a jacket or robe or hung in the home as a decorative piece. It is unisex.
It is likely a Japanese workers jacket given the lettering down the lapels.
For its age and delicacy, it is in very good condition. These are marks in place...s as the picture shows and as you would expect but they do not detract from the beauty of this piece.
