Hi all, you are in for a fantastically preserved 100% original Vintage Colnago Nuovo Mexico Campagnolo Cinquantenario in Saronni red metallic colour. Bike is sold on behalf of its first and only owner, and is complete with its Campagnolo card, registration letters and certificates. (check last pic especially).Serial Number 11717 on card and internally stamped on right crank arm.
Owner asked to have his identity covered so sensible personal data are not visible to anyone here on eBay... but he who gets this bike will know the name of previous owner (i'm afraid address will be covered as requested from present owner)
Minimal sign of use, cared after like a son, always cleaned and serviced. Relatively low mileage on this one as it was regularly used for about 2 years and then owner bought another Colnago and this one was only occasionally rode. He and kept on buying other Colnagos every 2-3 years. I'm selling this one and a C40 from the same owner but he's planning on letting a few others go. Plenty of life left on every component.
Size 52x53 so easily adaptable in a range from size 51 to 53 adjusting seatpost height and stem length.
Bike has original paint decals and is complete with all original parts down to the last tiny screw! Pedals were updated at some point with some modern one and the original ones were never found again (we litterally dismanteled the box searching for them!
Some superficial sign on the rear right seat stay that was toughed up back then with original Colnago Saronni paint (almost invisible now), otherwise 99% spot on! Parts are all fully working.
