Our insurance provider requires photos of the item with the damage and a photo of the identifying number (readable) if the item has one. Photos of the box(es) and packing materials are also required. The insurance provider will issue a link to an online affidavit/questionaire to be completed by the buyer. Once all of the requirements are met and approved a refund is issued within 7-14 days.
++ Notify us if you want to return your item(s). Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as sent. A refund will be issued within three days item is received. Item needs to be insured with a tracking number, because if the item is damaged or lost in shipping we will not refund the price. Original shipping and insurance costs will be paid by buyer.
++ Please NOTE: items without a unique number have an invisible mark. Items returned without OUR UNIQUE INVISIBLE MARK will not be refunded. For the items with a unique number, it must match our records when returned, to obtain the refund.

If the items are already paid for individually, NO partial refund will be given, even if your items are sent in the same package because of the fees involved.
