Vintage Chinese fretwork Wooden Carved Lantern hand reverse painted glass. Height without tassels is 39cm diameter is 39 cm.This is a genuinely vintage piece which was brought to the UK around 50 years ago.
The glass panels are reverse painted and there is some slight chipping to the edges of the glass where they have been put in and out during their lives!
This is a lovely lantern and decorative with or without the tassels and is in very good vintage condition with one small re...pair to the fretwork that I can see and have pictured.
The lantern comes completely apart and will fold flat. It will be sent flat. It is pretty easy to assemble I managed it in about 15 minutes!
