In addition, ALL original packing must be retained in order to make an insurance claim. Any failure to follow these guidelines results in ALL liability being borne by the purchaser. However, returns for issues other than shipping damage are permitted up to 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is in the condition it was sent.
