We simply cannot afford to offer free returns any longer. As you know, when items are purchased locally, if you wish to return, you must get it back to the purchase location in order to do so. We cannot accept new, opened returns that have been used.
We are a relatively small, family owned and operated business, thus operating very different from large department stores. If it was our error, we will refund, if it was yours, we will do everything we can to help the situation.
