BEAUTIFUL, Large, Old and VERY RARE!!! OLD Hand-Painted and Hand-Cast Lead Bathing Black Girl on a Tree Swing. Very detailed work of art! This little girl is wearing a 1930s school dress and is swinging on a tree swing.
This is a very rare and wonderful figure and is a fine example of Black Americana! Please forgive my pics, this is an absolutely beautiful figure with amazing detail including a squirrel sitting on the tree limb eating a walnut!I am no...t the best photographer, so please ask if you want additional pics or have any questions. It measures 5 inches high - this is a great figure!This figure is a very intricate, hand-painted solid lead figure and is RARE. Would make a great gift or just a fine addition to your home. This figure is OLD! Beautifully painted in great detail!This figure comes from a huge collection of lead and cast iron figures and banks collected over 70 years. Most of my collection was never mass produced and some are one-of-a-kind, or one-of-a-few. This figure was kept wrapped for many years and boxed which explains the great condition.
