DEVELOPMENT HISTORY
The Model 882SBT culminates from the combined feedback of exhaustive interviews with more than four-dozen professional law enforcement agencies throughout the United States (from patrol officers to upper admin). The interviews covered the selection, carrying, safe handling, proper usage and maintenance of a police utility knife and yielded valuable data regarding the most asked-for features of a folding knife specifically for police work. The data gathered was the basis for the unique design of the 882SBT. Specifically built to fit this tall order, the 882SBT is the best in its class and available at a reasonable cost.
Carried as part of an officer's uniformed presence, seen by the public and used in public, a police utility knife is employed by officers on duty and frequently off duty as well.
