ITEM: A rare slide by the renowned Frederic Kitton but also catalogued by J.M. as indicated on the Back label. I'm not guessing on J.M.! As indicated the specimens are Deep Sea Deposits from the Challenger. I cannot make out precisely the Species. Viewing is much clearer directly through my scope. This mounter of diatoms is widely collected and not common. Zoom in and see attached high resolution scans of slide and specimens.
REASON: Part of my personal stash collected ov...er about 15 years. Only selling to generate some needed Covid money. I will be offering more and as a collector all are difficult to part with. If I relist any item I will not be reducing prices.
