For auction a vintage Wales international rugby shirt.This traditional red (with white and green trim) shirt was made by Cotton Traders and was the 1993-95 home strip shirt. The 2nd photo shows a young Neil Jenkins skipping past England's Rob Andrew in the 1994 6 Nations game between the two teams. Shirt is a 100% cotton fabric.The shirt comes in a M size on the tab (8th photo). However, so you are sure of the exact size - when laid flat the shirt measures 21" across the ch...est (armpit to armpit) and 19.5" down from the armpit to the waist hem. Embroidered Wales WRU crest on the upper left chest (4th photo) and embroidered Cotton Traders name/logo on the upper right chest (5th photo). Upper right sleeve embroidered 'Dragons' detail shown in the 6th photo.Single button fastening at placket, to collared neck (7th photo). The shirt has been stored away and is unworn from new.From a non-smoking home. Thanks for looking.
