Lovely antique sterling hat pin! Signed Sterling Top on the shaft of the pin. The Rose Floral repousse topper measures 18.3mm in diameter. It measures 7.75" total height. Just the top is sterling, pin shaft is lead most likely. Ready to wear! Would benefit from a cleaning.
