Offered for auction here is a Western Electric 500 Ivory desk telephone.  This phone is in clean, above average  condition, with minimal scratches and with no noticeable discoloration.  While this phone is being offered on a "as is" basis, to the best of my knowledge it was in working condition when last used.   Be aware that this telephone will only dial out on analog telephone lines that support pulse dialing.  Modern central office and VOIP lines may require... an adapter to dial out.  This is a good addition if you are looking for something to add to your 1950s style retro decor, even if you do not connect it.
