It is a very pretty Milk Glass HurricaneLamp. It has the nice large top. It does still work however, it mayNeed to be rewired. Not sure. It does not have a switch to turnIt off. It has to be unplugged. The Milk Glass Globe is almost8 inches tall. The top is about 5 inches across. The lamp is about21” tall with globe on. The base is about 7” by 7”. I think the baseIs either brass or iron. I am not sure. It is a pretty footed base. It has a glass insert globe. It is about 8 ½ inches tall. The lampIs very pretty and displaysnicely. It is in good vintage condition.The top shade does have a coupleof rough spots or scratches onIt but, they are hard tosee. I am examining it really closely andtheyAre there. The base of the lamp is in good shape. I am not sureIf the clear glass insert isoriginal or not but it is very pretty. Thelamp is old and the area where the bulb goes does look a bit rustyto me.
