Marx metal two-story dollhouse with breezeway, original box, some original furniture and a small Marx catalog for other toy sets. Vintage late 1950s. Some scratches and wear from being played with, the doorbell no longer works, and no weathervane, but overall in very nice condition. Dimensions are 32" long x 8" wide x 16" tall to top of chimney. Being sold by original owner from a non-smoking home. Will be assembled, as it's tricky to put together with slots and tabs. Looking for... an owner who can create some new happy memories!
