This 1937 1st edition by Walt Disney is extremely rare. In 2005 a copy sold for 1495.00 at Heritage Auctions. This book is only in Good condition in my opinion. The photos show some of the damage to the book, certain illustrations have been colored by the previous owners and there is damage to one of the pages. This book is still a rare find at a reasonable price
