Antique NEW PRETTY VILLAGE Cardboard playset Original 1897 McLoughlin Bros. N.Y.
Good solid pre owned condition. There is only part of the box top left no bottom. There are a few torn people, trees 2 (1 tree trunk missing) Some of the buildings may have a crease or some minor missing paint not bad though. See below for more detail. I set the buildings up and had them all standing and this is what I found. Issues:Bldg 6 MIA roof (see Pics)Bldg 11 1 end of building has... come off its backing tape (see pics)Bldg 10 is missing 1 tab that holds roof on one side. (does not effect bldg)Bldg 8 Bell Tower has been taped on inside of bell tower to hold together (did not effect picture)Bldg 1 House is missingBldg 7 House is missing
There are a total of 59 Board pieces plus 48 clips that help people and trees to stand for 107 total pieces
This is a great find and one that is good shape and has most of its pieces even still had a tiny flag
