Another big Japanese tin car by Mansei Toys(Haji), with a very nice reproduction box. This beautifully styled 1960 Ford Fairlane 2door hardtop measures approximately 11" long (27.9 cm) by 3” tall (7.6 cm)and 4" wide (10.2 cm). This car is likenew old stock and features an opening hood with a turning fan to keep that big390 cubic inch engine cool. The colorful, lithographed interior coordinatesbeautifully with the bright red and black color. The car is totally origin...al and the hood opensand closes as it should and still fits well. The car is virtually unplayed with, howeverthere are a couple of factory paint pops close to the air intake on the hoodand a couple of very minor dimples in the roof, none of which distract from thebeauty of this car. All of the tin trim including bumpers, grill, windshieldtrim and hubcaps are in terrific condition. The dark blue celluloid in thewindows is original and very nice. Therubber wheels are like new and without wear. The base plate is original and in very nicecondition. The friction works just as it should and the fan blade on the motorturns as it should.
