A vintage original cast iron International Harvester dump truck made by the Arcade Manufacturing Company. Truck has steel wheels and measures about 10-3/4" in overall length. The black paint or japanning appears to be original, although worn. Outlines on the door indicate there may have been decals on both doors, but they are no longer present. Dump mechanism works properly. The plating on the wheels, driver, and dump mechanism is worn. The Arcade name is cast inside the engine bay on ...the right half of the main casting.
Truck is used, and shows signs of its 90 or so years of existence. As previously mentioned, the plated and painted surfaces show wear, and there is some light surface rusting. All parts appear to be original. The pictures show the condition of the item.
UPDATE: A sharp-eyed bidder noticed that the right front fender shows a repair that is not metal. I have owned this truck for several years and never noticed it myself. Thanks for pointing it out...I have updated the listing and am lowering the opening bid as a result.
