Very Good condition.
I have sold other vintage Disney albums but this is the nicest condition one I have sold. Still has the mail-in order form card.
Shelf wear on bottom edge of cover. Slight wear at bottom of spine. Book in excellent condition. Record in pristine condition. Some front color discoloration/lightening of the left part of the yellow section.
The last three photos show the "worst" condition issues.
Any dark areas are shadows from my arms and phone.
