DescriptionImpressive pair of Islamic inspired vases with reticulated sides. Made in the late 19th or early 20th Century, by Fischer pottery from Budapest, Hungary.Marked with the maker's printed backstamp (base photographed).One of the vases has a section to the bottom left hand reticulation that has been detached and re-glued. The other vase has some chipping to the reticulation, the top and side of the lid has some chipping to the frills and the underside rim of th...e lid has been chipped away. Both vases have some fine glaze crazing and gilt wear, commensurate with age.They measure approximately 15⅝" in height. Service
