Has issues. There is a crack in the right side of the frame right below his foot. Was spot welded. His right leg looks different from the left one. Might be a made up leg. You can see in the closeup pic of his right leg that there is a crack in the ankle. Weird that the leg/ankle and part of the frame is cracked but the runner board and arm is not. Rusty and pitted in some areas. I dont see any markings on the inside of it. But the wheels are marked 1592. Casti...ng is nice and tight. Shame, tough to find any dent piece. Even in the allentown/fullerton area they never show up.
