Up for auction is a 93 piece set of Wallace sterling silver flatware in the Grand Baroque pattern. The set consists of 20 dinner forks, 20 salad forks, 20 teaspoons, 20 place knives and 13 soup spoons. The total weight of the 40 forks and 33 spoons is 3488 grams which is all solid sterling. The 20 knives which have sterling handles and stainless blades weigh 1579 grams bringing the total weight for all 93 pieces to 5067 grams. The set appears to have seen very little use. It will need ...a good cleaning and polishing, but there is no wear or damage other than tarnish from storage which will buff out.
