Offered in this sale is a small antique hand painted German porcelain plaque that is mounted in a very ornate gold gilt rococco frame. The frame is damaged, however, the plaque is mint. It h...as no chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines, surfaces scratches, touch ups or restoration. The plaque alone measures roughly 3 3/8" x 2 5/8". It has a finely painted portrait image of a young girl holding what appears to be a berry of some sort. On the back it has an original paper label with German script. The frame measures 8 3/4" x 6 1/4". The frame has a few of the scrolls on the left side that are broke, however, I have all but one small piece of it. If you look at the 6th & 7th images you can see how the pieces of the frame fit together and could be relatively easily restored.
