Original Description:
ANCIENT CROSS SECTION POLISHED OF A MINIATURE TREE TRUNK POSSIBLY A BONZAI I believe this was used as a stand or pedestal for an Asian object. The wood is very dark and very hard and dense. Measures 6 1/2” X 3 1/4”. It’s about 3/4” thick. Shows many fine bark ridges in the edge. Both sides are polished and it’s a very dark brown almost black and weighs about 6 ounces. Could have been cut from a 500 year old Bonzai miniature tree. In good condition with no chips on the edges. ...Free shipping in the U.S. (See all 11 pictures)
