Offered here is this Fabulous Antique Side Chair with a Gorgeous Hand Done Stenciling. The stencils are done in a gold color, most likely gold leaf. The chair is in very good condition, however, there are a lot of light surface scratches and dings on it, particularly to the finish, which is black enamel with gold accents. I am unsure of the exact age or origins of the chair. It has fabulous turned legs as well as turned spindles in the back and at the top. The chair is a ladder back s...plat style chair and is made of solid wood. I am unsure of the type of wood used. The chair is 35" tall at the back, 19" tall at the seat, 16.5" wide across the front of the seat, 15" wide across the back of the seat, 15" deep at the seat, 15.5" deep at the seat including the back, and 16.5" deep total. It is a fabulous antique chair that would need minimal work and touch-ups. It could be a wonderful piece of furniture in virtually any home.
