For your consideration I have a quad set new old stock CV25 triodes made in England 1960 in original packaging, the thick cardboard boxes were sealed before I applied 10 volts to the filament on each valve -  same batch codes, these are military high standard long life valves - these tubes are similar specs as RCA, Western Electric, Telefunken and Amperex e...quivalents ! photo's show good detail - I will only send with tracking services by Australia Post - good luck.
