The pop-up Oscar is intact and functions as it should, which is rare. The graphics on these cars were not painted but are actually decals which always show some shrinking or movement with time. The wheels all turn and the small plastic "Little Oscar" character pops up and down as the car rolls along. The metal undercarriage is riveted to the plastic body with no broken attachments.
