Horrocks Ibbotson Governor Tonkin Cane Split Bamboo 9' Fly Rod 3/2Original finish, complete decals and lettering, and original cloth bag.  Early 1950's genuine Horrocks Ibbotson Tonkin Cane Split Bamboo 9' Fly Rod - this is a three piece rod, with two tips.  The rod is all there and all pieces are full length.  It is missing one line guide on the middle section - other than that everything appears straight and complete.From the ...Manufacturer Catalog:Governor - This old favorite, now a 3-piece rod with two tips only, and is constructed from flame finish tonkin cane, with nickel ferrules, and a locking reel seat, 4 tungsten snake guides on tip joints.
