A nice pair of antique 1800th forged steel spurs with hard-to-find original leather straps in great overall condition, considering the age. These spurs were manufactured by the famous August Buermann Manufacturing Company - each spur is stamped with initials AB inside the 5-pointed star. These spurs are in great shape overall; not cleaned with original patina throughout; cast iron "star wheels" are intact. Each spur is about 6"/15.2 cm long and about 3-1/4" 8.3 cm wide at the widest p...oint. Original leather straps are in great shape as well, considering the age. All belts and buckles are intact; the leather is supple still - VERY rare this nice and complete.
