Vintage Antique BROWN & SHARPE “Vernier Bevel Protractor” Early version of this super interesting andrare tool, showing a patent date of “Dec. 2, 1890”. This all stainless steel tool is 6 ¼” longand about 2 ¾” tall when “closed” to fit into its very nice hinged hard shell, slide latch case. The case still shows avery clear foil imprint on its lid and intact velvet lining on the interior.The case measures 7” x 3 ½” x 1’”. With...no stray initials, serious gouges or scratching, the tool itself is inexcellent used condition. All the factoryengraved setting numbers are very clean and clear and the moving pieces movesmoothly. A very nice, very uncommontool of very high quality….
