Vintage Schwinn Springer Fork : ( Locking Steer Tube).. Condition is Used. New cyclelock installed, w/ 2 keys. Works as it should; key can only be removed while in the locked position. New welsh plug installed on the underside. Re-painted gloss black. Sold with all hardware needed to mount to your frame. The steer tube measures 7" long.
