Smaller, lightweight, non-fragileitems, or items of lesser value that meet the weight requirements, willgenerally be shipped USPS first class mail. However, anything vintage, antique, fragile, delicate, heavy, or of greater value will be shipped USPS prioritymail using the most cost efficient packaging type for the specified item.This standard applies to all items shipped, regardless of whether the buyer orseller is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the purchase.Sometimes items are best suited to be shipped using another carrier, such asFedEx. This will typically be reflected as the primary shipping option in listing. Onthe other hand, there may be times in which we find that another carrier isable to deliver your item to you more quickly than the specified carrier, so wemay opt to use that carrier instead, as we strive to ensure that you have yourpurchase as quickly as possible. To protect both buyer and seller weonly accept PayPal. No items will be shippedwithout confirmation of cleared payment. Payment is required on all auctionswithin three days of auction end, or we will relist the item. However, weunderstand that circumstances arise, and often additional time may be needed, so we kindly ask that you reach out to us directly to make paymentarrangements BEFORE the end of the three day window. We willsend out a one-time payment reminder within the first 48 hours.Please note: If we do not receive any form ofcommunication from you and payment is not received within the specified timeframe, we will assume that you have no intentions of paying and an unpaid itemcase may be opened through ebay.
Return Policy:
Most items are eligible for returnwithin 30 days unless otherwise specified. Clothing sold as NWT must bereturned in the same condition as it was received. Clothing returns willnot be accepted on new clothing if the tags are removed by the buyer. Newmerchandise (non- clothing) must be in the original packaging and thepackaging must be in sellable condition. Your account will be credited once wereceive the item back, unless other arrangements have been made. We do notcharge a restocking fee, unless otherwise specified.
All priority items are insured forshipping damage. In the unlikely event that items are damaged during shipment, we ask that you please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.Failure to notify us within the first 48 hours of delivery may result in thedenial of your request. Please include photos of the shipping box/envelope(whether damaged or not) along with photos of the damaged item with your correspondence.Please retain these items until we process your request and provide you withfurther instructions.
When determining item condition, wealways ask that you examine all of our photos closely, rather than just readingour written item description. Doing so provides you with the visual knowledgeof the items condition/quality to aid in your bid placing decision. The writtencondition description that we provide is based solely on our observations andthe opinions that we form, based on our knowledge and research of the item inquestion. Returns will not be accepted for item "condition" if wehave clearly shown the flaw, wear, damage, blemish, defect, stains, etc. in ourphotos. In addition, please allow for some discrepancies in color, as variancesin lighting or angle often prevent the camera from capturing the items exactcolor. Not to mention, even if the camera produces an image in which thecoloring appears to be exactly as it should, all monitors display colorsdifferently, creating yet another problem.
