Maria Martinez/Popovi Da 6" Plate San Ildefonso Pueblo Native American. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Offered is another 6” coil-built, stone polished, painted and native fired plate by famed artists Maria Martinez and Popovi Da. The face of the plate has a feather motif painted in a circular pattern. There is a small dimple on the front from the firing process. The plate is signed on the back in clay “Maria/Popovi”. Showing no firing date indicates the pl...ate was made between 1956-58. The plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repairs.
