This is a brand new plastic set for Stern The Lord of the Rings pinball machines. It is part #803-5000-80. The plastics have protective coatings on them to prevent damage in shipping, which is why some of them appear to be yellowed or hazy. Once the protective coatings are removed, the yellowing ...and haziness will be gone. These plastics are commonly broken on most machines. If you own a Lord of the Rings machine, this item is a "must have" for a back-up.
