Beautiful large (14") Native American Choctaw basket from Mississippi. Purchased there in 1983. Made of river cane - primarily natural cane with reddish brown cane accent.
Basket is square on bottom and round on top.
Diameter at top - just under 14 inches. Bottom is 11 inches square Depth: 5 inches
Basket is in very good shape. There are no noticeable breaks or holes. This was part of my mother's extensive N...ative American basket collection. Will need to be shipped priority mail due to need for large box to protect basket.
