Rare early style keyhole lugged frame/ fishhook dropouts with tall 23” seat height and unusual 7&3/8” steer tube- frame is straight but some light dents on steer tube- correct style early Fork is a short coupled track type looks repaired and has a stripped stem!-correct headset- seat and stem are wrong- Older repaint has odd green paint chips coming thru- nice pinstripes too bad- comes with correct fender braces but wrong fenders/ one stainless rim one old chrome/ later style weinm...an brake parts diamond chain etc as shown and a stem top nut for when you find the correct tourist fork)— price includes lower US shipping only-SOLD AS IS PARTS VALUE NO RETURNS THANKS
