This vintage figural Mermaid bottle opener reads on one side DRINK COPLAND'S ALE & LAGER. It measures approx. 2 3/4" long. William Copland & Co. operated the east Toronto Brewery from about 1847 to 1882. From 1882 - 1884 it operated as Hime Millett & Co., From 1884 - 1894 it operated as Copland Brewing Co. and from 1894 to 1915 it was Copland Brewing Ltd. Showing some wear, very good condition.
