This is a Mid Century ceiling light cover made of the same type of material as the popular Mid Century Spaghetti lamps. It clips onto the light bulb in the ceiling fixture. The color is off white and has glitter in the material which is like a very hard plastic. The harp attachment should probably be replaced as it is loose and can be easily purchased at a hardware store if you wish to upgrade it. Very nice condition.
