Original Description:
San Ildefonso blackware pot signed by Desideria Montoya Sanchez (1889-1982), the sister of potter Maria Martinez.  Pot measures 4 3/4" wide x 3 1/4" tall and is signed "Desideria" on bottom.  There are 3 areas of scuffing or wear to the polished finish which I've shown in photos.  Light wear throughout.  No crack or chips.  It is very difficult to photograph the black on black pottery but I've done my best to show it in different lighting.  No reserve.
