Antique Boston Sandwich Glass Style White & Emerald Green Cut Overlay Banquet Electrified Whale / Kerosene / Oil Lamp
This is an antique electrified oil lamp.
Estimated circa Late 1800's - 1920 made in the same style as the Boston Sandwich Glass Oil lamps with outstanding craftsmanship. Probably Bohemian, but may be New England, and matches beautifully with Boston Sandwich Glass lamps decor with the benefits of being electric. Many Bohemian Glass Makers with this high l...evel of craftsmanship were later hired by the staff & worked at the Boston Sandwich Glass factory in Cape Cod Massachusetts.
Lamp measures 16" Tall, has a 5.5" Solid white Marble double base & Brass Column fluted foundation, and a large 5.25" White glass overlay cut to a deep dark Emerald Green Glass in a grape & grape leave pattern (no cracks no chips) simply beautiful.
It weighs approximately 6 pounds
