Elliot Joseph is from the Squamish Nation, he grew up learning the traditions and is an avid wood carver. Elliot spends his time when he's not at work... with us as a Cultural Delivery Ambassador or carving plaques pins and other custom items, with his wife and young daughter teacher her the traditional ways of a Squamish person living in the modern world.
Salmon carved and painted in old growth red cedar by First Nations artist Elliot Joseph.
It measures 15 1/4 " in length 6 1/2" in width and 1/2" thick....
