Original Description:
Measures 90" x 39".  I am not the original owner, so I don't have any information regarding age, origin or purpose.  The backing is black wool.  The woven pieces are bound to the black wool with a black velvet binding.  There is one area where the woven part has come unattached from the binding.  I have taken a close up of the area so you can see the details of the weaving.  b19
