Up for sale is a vintage folk art quilt wall hanging. Peru handicraft. Hand made. The design is Appliquéd kitty cats, flowers, whimsical animals on one side. The appliqués are machine stitched with some embroidery accents. The colors are red, navy blue, blue, pink, green, white, purple, pink, off white, multi. Reversible. The back is patchwork squares, rectangles with whimsical bugs in the center and embroidery. Very vivid colors. Medium thickness. Some silky fabric, some cotton. Ver...y folky quilt and fun. Measures 31” by 31”. Hand made. Made in PERU. Vintage handicraft from approximately 1985. Good condition. There are some stains and there is some dyeing of the red and blue in some spots.
