Vintage-2- Wichita Natural Milk Producers Co-Op Assn. Quart Milk Bottle. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.Wichita Natural Milk Producers Co-op Association was incorporated in 1932 in Wichita, Kansas. Research shows 2 different addresses -- 3024 East Second & 311 North Washington Avenue. Description of both bottles are as follows ----1 -- The milk on the left in pictures 1&2 is -- a 1946 milk with a 1/C ACL in bright red. It is in good shape... for its age with some cloudy glass and some scratches in the glass. The ACL is a little faded - but all copy is still there. It was manufactured by the Owens Illinois Glass Company-- Clarion, PA in 1946. See embossing on the bottom of the bottle for more details.
Pictures 3 thru 72 -- The milk on the right in pictures 1&2 is -- a 1949 milk with a 1/C ACL in bright red. It is in nicer shape for its age with mostly clear glass and some scratches in the glass. The ACL is strong and clear and all copy is still there. It was manufactured by the Liberty Glass Company, Sapulpa, Oklahoma in 1949. See embossing on the bottom of the bottle for more details.
The one strange thing about this bottle is -- that it has embossed on the heel " REG. CAL." This being a Co-op in Kansas -- seems like they just used any blank already embossed milk bottle and then buy their ACL copy on it -- probably to help save on costs.

9 1/2" tall x 3 3/4" diameter at the base. Great addition for any Wichita milk bottle collector or for any Kansas bottle collection.
