For your consideration is this Vintage Betson’s Japan Hand Painted 7pc Poodle Sake Decanter Set. The large poodle’s head comes off and has a cork attached, like a decanter. The tail is curved to shape into a handle for pouring. It also has 3 sets of “spikes” on its back to hold a cup on each side. All 6 of the cups have a painted raised poodle head and 5 of those have the Benson’s Japan label. There is no label on the large poodle. There are no chips or cracks to any of the p...ieces. It is 9” long and 6½” tall. What a great find!!! I bought this at an estate auction over 15 years ago and it has just sat in my china cabinet. Now it should go to a home that truly will enjoy this set.
